Pilates is a gentle but extremely effective training method for the body and also the mind. Individual muscles or muscle parts are specifically activated, relaxed and stretched. People who practice Pilates appear taller, more upright, more relaxed, slimmer and simply more natural.

Pilates

Pilates is a full body workout that balances breathing and movement. By tensing the deep abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles, the torso is stabilized and thus the powerhouse is activated. In addition, the training of functional movement sequences promotes flexibility and improves posture.

Pilates focuses on controlled and concentrated movement. Quality is more important than quantity in all exercises.

The deep breathing and concentration help to reduce stress hormones. After the training you feel pleasantly vitalized and relaxed.

Back Fitness

In back fitness we mobilize and stabilize the spine. With effective exercises we strengthen the core muscles and other important muscle groups. We mainly train with our own body. If necessary, tools such as therabands and fascia rolls are used. In a mix of tension and relaxation we also sensitize our body awareness and find peace from everyday stress.

The class ends with a relaxing stretching program. You will also receive helpful tips on how to make your everyday life more back-friendly. This way you can stay pain-free in the long time.

The back fitness class is highly recommended for beginners and also for older participants.
